Working with Sarah Glovsky and Nathalie Grenet of The Charles Realty was fantastic. They worked together to make the entire process go smoothly and, in the end, a great success! In the beginning of my search, I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they listen to the elements that were non-negotiables for me, but they also worked to find a variety of properties that fit within my parameters. They were knowledgeable of properties throughout the city. I also think their years of experience and relationships with other agents allowed me to see properties that weren’t out on the MLS yet. Once I found my condo, we had to go through the process of working with the management company of my previous condo to sell it, which proved to be an arduous process.
