In the midst of a historically terrible buying season (mid covid, 2020), we were introduced to Sarah Glovsky from Charles Realty. She represented us, first time homeowners, as a buying agent.

Two full, happy years in this house. We loved every minute of it. It was a great financial decision with no bad surprises. If we had to do it again, we would work with nobody else but Sarah and her team of experts.

We can't say enough great things about Sarah. We met her in our neighborhood when we were not in the market for anything. When it came time to sell our home and move to the suburbs we could only think of hiring Sarah. We were in a rush to sell and move so our son's school would not get disrupted. She thoroughly researched the market and priced the home to a number that made sense for us and the area. When it came time to prep for showings, she took control and made everything beautiful. She has the best photographer! We had two open houses, one Saturday and then one Sunday; by Monday afternoon she sold the house to someone over asking price by a significant amount! She sold it a buyer that she had in her expansive network of contacts via a Facetime showing she did before open house number one. While we were selling, we were also shopping for a home. Sarah personally went with us to open houses and private showings. She was always there in advance of our arrival scoping out the place for pros and cons. We came pretty close to making a deal on a place which would have ended up being a mistake, but it was Sarah's professional experience that saved us from doing so. She was very patient and dealt with our different personalities as necessary to help us achieve our common goal. She held our hand when it needed to be held, and pushed us hard to make tough decisions when it was time. She coordinated and managed all the legal details, appointments, and deadlines so that we could concentrate on our work and family. We are now living happily in our new home. She is the best and continues to follow up with us long after everything is done. We can recommend her to anyone and everyone!
