Ella is a fantastic realtor. We were looking for a place during the pandemic, and were unable to see apartments in person. She was great about getting all the video tours we requested, and was honest and helpful with all her feedback. Definitely went above and beyond. She even tracked and picked up a package for us, as it arrived at the new place before moving day.

Ella is incredible! She was very professional and responsive in a timely manner. The entire process was enjoyable because she really put my needs first. She went above and beyond when I wasn’t able to move in until a few days later; I had packages coming to my new place and she made sure the were locked and secured inside.... after the fact she already received her commission. Ella also checked in with me a few days later to make sure my move went smoothly. All of which is not required so it was very impressive. Ella recently helped our son find an apartment in Boston and she did a fantastic job. From start to finish she helped negotiate the rental agreement, liased with the building staff,, and even helped us find renters insurance and local movers to assist in our transition.
