Ella is a fantastic realtor. We were looking for a place during the pandemic, and were unable to see apartments in person. She was great about getting all the video tours we requested, and was honest and helpful with all her feedback. Definitely went above and beyond. She even tracked and picked up a package for us, as it arrived at the new place before moving day.

Ella recently helped our son find an apartment in Boston and she did a fantastic job. From start to finish she helped negotiate the rental agreement, liased with the building staff,, and even helped us find renters insurance and local movers to assist in our transition.
