Elizabeth Gibby brings three years of Commercial Real Estate experience to The Charles Realty. With an extensive knowledge of Property Management, Commercial Development, and Owner Representation, as well as a strong background in Customer Service, Elizabeth is known for her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. Licensed in both California and Massachusetts, Elizabeth has experience in highly competitive real estate markets including Boston and the San Francisco Bay Area. She is very familiar with the demands associated with working in these markets and understands how they translate into renting, buying and selling real estate. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR), and a former member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in both Boston and San Francisco. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in French and Art History. As part of her coursework, she attended the University of Provence and studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France for one year. In the Boston real estate market, she has worked with French-speaking clients from France, Tangiers, and Belgium. Her previous work experience at Fidelity Investments’ Institutional Brokerage Company as Client Service Manager and at Equity Office Properties as Property Manager has given her numerous opportunities to strengthen her negotiating and communication skills and to increase her knowledge of the business world overall. Personal Interests include tennis, golf, ice skating and rowing. Elizabeth skated competitively as a teenager and was ranked 8th of 30 on the Division 1 Crew Team during her first year at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. With a strong work ethic and a passion to win, Elizabeth is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to her clients and helping them to achieve their goals in real estate.
